Senior HRIS Implementation Manager Prestigious Investment Trust Firm is currently seeking an HRIS Implementation Manager to streamline and automate their HR processes. This position is responsible for configuring, building, deploying, managing and maintaining an HRIS system within the Human Resources organization. Responsible for the selection and supporting the implementation of an HRIS and related processes and tools for collecting, securing, linking, and analysing employee data for workforce management and analysis purposes. The position is responsible for directing all functional-related activities and accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional
to users throughout the organization. Must align activities, priorities and outputs with the HR, IT, and business needs of the Company. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to: Identify needs and provide business analysis and recommendations for automated solutions in support of HR processes by continually evaluating existing HRIS and processes and making recommendations for enhancements or improvements in support of strategic initiatives. Perform Subject Matter Expert (SME) role to work with and support the IT project management team for implementation of HRIS including upgrades and enhancements. Ensure functional requirements are met in development, configuration, testing, and production environment of the HRIS. Partner with Information Systems on the design and coordination of User Acceptance testing; including coordination of resources, documentation of issues found and follow-up through resolution. Work with IT team to support the management of interfaces from HR systems to internal and external data systems. Provide end user guidance and direction as needed to assist them in increasing personal efficiency with the HRIS solution. Promote proactive approaches using the HRIS to solve business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRIS capabilities. Requirements The position requires the following but not limited to: - 6-10 years minimum of HRIS experience, with specific experience in building and deploying a new system in a company. High level of integrity and confidentiality relating to employee information. High degree of
literacy and problem solving skills; project management experience. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze data, draw conclusions and create presentable, understandable reports that will help to inform Executive Management decision-making. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. - Previously involved in HRIS design and system development; user to manage systems administration, report writing database management (not a programmer); Experience implementing multiple HR systems and platforms (eg, experience with ATS, HRIS, LMS and Performance Management). - Understanding of Payroll systems, security and audit processes preferred. Real-estate or financial industry experience a plus. - Must be a confident self-starter who requires minimal supervision, comfortable with ambiguity and very adaptable.
